well-being
• Loosens and relieves tight, tired and aching muscles, helping to release toxins
• Lowers blood pressure
• Promotes restful sleep, relieving insomnia

• Assists in reducing back pain
• Reduces headaches and migraines
• Aids circulatory, respiratory and inflammatory problems
• Increases flexibility
• Enhances skin tone
• Assists in recovery from injuries and illness
• Strengthens the immune system
• Assists with post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation
What happens during a Therapeutic (Relaxation) treatment?
Prior to your first treatment you will complete a Consultation Questionnaire and this will form the basis of our initial conversation. The consultation is FREE and will last approximately 15 minutes.
During the consultation we will discuss what your requirements are and your reasons for coming for a massage in order that your treatment can be tailored especially for you. I will leave the room while you undress to your underwear and lay down on a massage table.
Soft lighting, music and aromatherapy candles all add to help you relax and enjoy your massage in warm, quiet and comfortable treatment room.
Towels are provided and will cover all parts of your body that are not being worked on. At the end of the massage you will be left alone in the room to take your time to relax further and to dress in your own time.
The following parts of your body can be massaged and you can combine the areas that need the attention to fill your requested treatment time:
• Back - includes upper and lower back, neck, shoulders, torso.
• Legs - includes front and back of thighs, knees, calves and shins.
• Feet - includes massage to top and soles of feet, and toes.
• Arms - includes upper arms, forearms and shoulders.
• Hands - includes top and palm of hands and fingers.
• Chest - includes top area of chest above the bust, sides of neck and shoulders.
